Dan Hipgrave

Dan Hipgrave has left behind his successful music career to pursue a thriving television and radio-presenting career. As well as that he explores the world as a travel journalist in constant demand from top publications including The Guardian, Times Traveller magazine, The Express and The Mail on Sunday.

Dan is currently presenting an exciting new program called Dan's Adventures for ETV. Dan has been travelling the length and breadth of the UK trying new daring adrenaline fueled adventures such as learning to fly a fighter jet or taking the helm of formula one speed boat.

In 1996 he left Sussex University where he was studying psychiatric nursing to concentrate on his band Toploader. In 1998 they signed a 6-album deal with Sony records. Over a fruitful six year period Toploader achieved major success selling 2 million albums and having a huge worldwide hit with Dancing in the Moonlight. It?s a little known fact, but Dan was the last British guitarist to perform on stage at the old Wembley Stadium!

Dan has been busy writing and developing his own television ideas and making pilots for various production companies and stations.
