Jeff is an engaging presenter with a great personality, masses of enthusiasm and charming looks. Before becoming a televison presenter Jeff played professional football for Leyton Orient FC for 3 years before quitting the game due to injury.

In 2001 Jeff appeared on Shipwrecked for Channel 4. Then after capturing the hearts of his audience went onto win The Farm for Five. He also appeared on Celebrity Wrestling for ITV/ITV2.

In 2005 Jeff became a regular guest presenter on the daily talk show Loose @ 5.30 for ITV1. Jeff also spent a huge amount of his time learning the Knowledge for ITV1’s Call Me A Cabbie where he got the opportunity to be a black cab driver around London taking part in challenges. Jeff also presented Glory Ball the half an hour live daily lottery show on Challenge and was a regular guest presenter on ITV’s Saturday Showdown.

In 2006 Jeff worked on ITV’s This Morning as their showbiz reporter and then went on to host the mobile content show Soccer Addicts. As well as presenting the revival of the CITV programme Finders Keepers, in 2006 Jeff could also be seen in heart of the jungle presenting I’m a Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here Now! for ITV2 alongside Kelly Osbourne.

His further presenting credits include T4 where he has covered for the regular presenters, The Big Brother Christmas Panto Live for Channel 4 and E4 and OK TV which was part of This Morning on ITV1. Jeff also reported on The Christmas Show on ITV1 as well as being the co-presenter for two series of Channel 4’s Dirty Laundry.

In February 2008 Jeff was signed up to Sky Movies Channel Film 24 where he interviews actors about their current movie projects.

His infectious personality, his appetite for a challenge and huge presenting experience would make Jeff and valuable asset to any show.
