Tim Fornara

Before choosing presenting Tim worked in many areas of the Media industry. At sixteen he landed the lead role in The National Youth Music Theatre's production Pendragon shown on Broadway, New York. After that he had the lead in an ITV children's program The One, spent three years in a very successful boy band Worlds Apart (sold 1.5 million records), developed a successful modeling career and has also acted in several films including What a girl wants, Oliver Stones Alexander (where he was also Colin Farrell's Photo double) and a few adverts.

In 2006 he formed a music production company Setup Productions and has written music for several signed acts totaling sales in excess of 1 million records. He has also composed incidental music used on Channel 5 and ITV shows.

Tim began presenting on Domestic Magic for Channel 5 and since then has worked on an array of shows; Great big British quiz Ch 5, 9 Live TV E4, Gala TV and Taste Sky One.

He's currently a key presenter for Film 24, Co hosting their fortnightly movie news show Film Xtra as well as reviewing, writing and presenting junkets with major stars and even some red carpet. He is also presenting for the new Music talent show Live and Unsigned.

Growing up in the West Country, Tim has always been outdoorsy and as well as being and accomplished snowboarder he enjoys climbing, sailing, windsurfing and horse riding. A Keen sports man, Tim notes Football, Tennis, and golf as his fav's. He's also a passionate Liverpool FC fan and says his main interests are Music, Reading, Traveling, Film and recently, property development.
